| Description: | Hiring and supervision of 2-6 employees and the management of all business matters for the agency. |
| Duties: | 1. Administer direct supervision of business office staff in the areas of accounting, purchasing, staff and client payroll, collection, payment of bills and billing of receivables.
2. Provide management in business matters insuring sound business practices for Hope Haven, Inc., Rock Valley Residential Housing, Hope Haven Support Foundation and Valley Residential.
3. Coordinate the accuracy and timely completion of all business and financial reports, including providing quality assurance in all areas, following and upgrading procedures and processes to provide efficient, customer centered service.
4. Organize and develop corporation General Ledgers and Financial Reports.
5. Meet financial requirement of appropriate accreditation/licensing and other regulatory bodies by assuring completion of all cost reports including grants and audits, and assuring compliance with regulations.
6. Represent and promote the philosophy of Hope Haven Management to other professionals, the general public and to employees supervised and perform job in such a way as to have the respect of employees, the employer, other professionals and the general public.
7. Assist Chief Financial Officer with other duties as assigned.

| Qualifications: | 1. MA degree in Accounting/Business Management with 5 years experience preferred.
2. Hard working and aggressive.
3. Understand the role of the manager.
4. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
5. Appropriate training/experience in Business/Accounting/Computer Science.
6. Clearance from criminal and abuse checks.
7. Negative drug screening
