| Duties: | 1. Will complete all "mileage forms" properly for each trip including “Passenger Account Form.”
2. Will check all items/gauges prior to first trip of the day as outlined on "Initial Inspection Checklist".
3. Will maintain, clean/wash vehicle on weekly basis or when necessary.
4. Follow the “Pre Trip Inspection” list and report all other maintenance/repair concerns to Transportation Manager.
5. Drive and practice courtesy and safety at all times, using all proper driving skills.
6. Assist passengers in and out of vehicle, assisting non-ambulatory persons to and from their home.
7. In public/community places be a professioal representative of this agency, practicing pleasantries and confidentiality at all times.
8. Require and maintain proper passenger discipline on all vehicles.
9. Attend all driving/safety in-service sessions.
10. Follow all safety procedures and promote safety measures among team and clients.
11. Regular and reliable attendance is required.

| Qualifications: | 1. Possess good communication skills and basic mechanical aptitude.
2. Ability to remain calm in an emergency situation.
3. Up-to-date physical, early exam if 65 or older.
4. Clearance from a criminal background check and abuse reporting check at time of hire.
5. Negative drug screening.
